Physio-regenerative guidance
After therapy, we teach you simple and safe exercises that you can perform independently at home. Your individual plan builds on therapy, supports movement habits and helps maintain progress.
Calm, clear and individual
- 01
We assess your current movement, options, restrictions and response to completed therapies.
- 02
We select a small number of clear exercises according to your goal and condition.
- 03
We demonstrate each exercise and you practise technique, breathing and pace under supervision.
- 04
You receive clear guidance on frequency, duration and signals from your body to monitor.
- 05
At follow-up, we assess progress and adapt the difficulty and plan.

The information on this website is for general information only. It does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. The suitability of each therapy and possible contraindications are assessed individually before care begins.
The approach is selected for each client
We assess the full context first
- continuing after manual or regenerative therapy
- stiffness and restricted mobility
- improving stability and coordination
- returning to everyday movement after strain
- preventing repeated overload
- building a regular home routine
Exercise that builds on therapy
The home plan reflects your therapy, functional assessment and goals. It is not a generic routine shared by every client.
A simple, sustainable plan
We prefer a smaller number of well-mastered exercises. You know exactly how to perform each one, how many repetitions to use and how often to practise.
Technique and safety
You first practise under supervision. We observe alignment, range of movement, breathing and the body’s response so that you can exercise confidently at home.
Independence between visits
Regular, appropriate activity helps you continue care actively between appointments and supports longer-term movement habits.
Review and gradual progress
At follow-up, we assess what is working and what needs adjustment. Difficulty increases only when technique is safe and the body responds appropriately.
When to stop
Exercise should not continue through marked or new pain. Stop and seek professional advice if your condition worsens or you experience dizziness, breathlessness, weakness or another unusual symptom.
Safety is assessed before every therapy
Not every method is suitable for everyone. Before your visit, tell us about diagnoses, current treatment, pregnancy, implanted devices and any significant changes in health. The final protocol is confirmed after individual professional assessment.
Practical information: Physio-regenerative guidance
01Will I receive the same exercises as other clients?+
No. Exercise selection, range, repetitions and frequency are adapted to your condition, goal and response to therapy.
02How long should I exercise at home?+
We design a realistic and sustainable plan. Exact duration and frequency are set by the specialist after assessment.
03Will I need equipment?+
Many exercises require no equipment. If a mat, resistance band or other simple aid is useful, we explain how to use it safely.
04What if I feel pain?+
Mild muscular effort may be normal, but sharp, new or worsening pain is not. Stop the exercise and contact us so that we can adjust your plan.
05How will I know whether my technique is correct?+
You practise the technique during your appointment. We check it again at follow-up and correct or simplify the exercise if needed.
