Supporting oxygen availability

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT)

More oxygen available to the tissues. Greater support for the body’s natural regenerative processes. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy is always incorporated individually—according to the client’s health, goals and tolerance.

Increased pressure allows the body to use oxygen in a way that is not available under normal atmospheric conditions.

The therapy may support tissue oxygenation, natural healing processes and recovery after selected types of strain.

The specific protocol and realistic potential benefit are always assessed individually.

What to expect

Calm, clear and individual

  1. 01

Before treatment, we assess your health, possible contraindications and the suitability of HBOT.

  2. 02

During the approximately 60-minute session, pressure in the chamber is increased and then reduced in a controlled manner.

  3. 03

You rest comfortably and remain in contact with the operator; the protocol is set individually.

  4. 04

After the session, we assess tolerance and recommend further frequency according to your plan.

Who may benefit

We assess the full context first

  • persistent fatigue
  • recovery after injuries and procedures
  • athletes and increased physical load
  • skin and healing concerns
  • reduced vitality
  • other situations following professional recommendation

Increased oxygen availability

Hyperbaric compression increases the amount of oxygen dissolved in blood plasma and may therefore support its availability in tissues with reduced circulation. The degree of effect depends on pressure, duration, the selected protocol and the client’s health.

Cell renewal and healing

Greater oxygen availability may create more favourable conditions for natural healing processes, tissue renewal and recovery after selected types of strain.

Inflammatory load, discomfort and vitality

As part of a personalised regeneration plan, this technology may support the management of inflammatory load, discomfort, immunity, energy and vitality. Suitability and realistic goals are determined individually.

Brain and nervous system

Greater oxygen availability is also used to support cognitive and neuroprotective mechanisms. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy does not replace neurological examination or prescribed treatment.

Contraindications

Safety is assessed before every therapy

Not every method is suitable for everyone. Before your visit, tell us about diagnoses, current treatment, pregnancy, implanted devices and any significant changes in health. The final protocol is confirmed after individual professional assessment.

Frequently asked questions

Practical information: HBOT

01What will I feel during the session?+

During pressure changes you may feel pressure in your ears, similar to flying. The operator will explain how to equalise it.

02How many sessions will I need?+

The number depends on your goal, health and response. Our pricing includes a single session and series of 5 or 10 sessions.

03Is HBOT suitable for everyone?+

No. An individual assessment of pulmonary, ear and other health risks is required before treatment.
